LowSpeedEV Factory builds compact electric vehicles at its production base in Shandong and sells them factory-direct to importers, dealers and fleet operators worldwide.
Who we are
One factory standard for four vehicle families.
LowSpeedEV Factory is the export brand of Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd.. Our production base sits in Shandong province — China's heartland for low-speed EVs and electric three-wheelers — and our export team works from Shanghai.
Our focus is narrow on purpose: vehicles that do practical work at low and medium speed. Passenger tuk-tuks, licence-light microcars, electric mini trucks and battery-powered cleaning machines share the same electrical architecture, the same parts logic and the same inspection routine — which makes them easier to buy, ship and maintain as one fleet.

Quality control
Five checks before a container is sealed
The checks are documented and shared with you — you don't need an agent on site to know what you are getting.
Incoming parts check
Motors, controllers, battery cells and brake components are checked against the order specification.
Assembly & torque control
Chassis, suspension and steering fasteners are torqued to specification and marked.
Road & brake test
Every vehicle is driven, brake-tested and hill-started before release; machines receive a test report.
Video outgoing inspection
We film your actual units — not a showroom sample — before packing, so you sign off remotely.
Container loading record
Loading and sealing are photographed with frame numbers to settle any claim quickly.
Your sign-off
Production ships only after you approve the inspection record. Changes are cheapest before the container leaves.
Built for export

Lighting, speed limiter, LHD/RHD and certificates matched to your destination.
Certificates on the right variant
EEC (incl. L6e), COC, DOT or CE documentation depending on model and market.
Dense, safe packing
CBU, SKD or CKD with loading plans; lithium batteries shipped with MSDS and UN38.3 documents.
After-sales without the travel
Video technical support, wiring diagrams, assembly videos and spare-parts kits.

Where are your vehicles made?
At our production base in Shandong province, one of China's main clusters for low-speed electric vehicles and electric three-wheelers. Export sales are handled from Shanghai.
