Municipal Street-Cleaning Program
Battery-electric street cleaning for city plazas, pedestrian zones and markets: ride-on vacuum sweepers, walk-behind scrubbers and side-loader garbage trucks.
Overview
Cities are moving sanitation crews to battery power to cut noise during early shifts and remove diesel exhaust from pedestrian zones. A mixed fleet of ride-on sweepers, scrubbers and an electric garbage truck covers the whole loop from sweeping to collection.
| Theoretical output | Up to 14,000 m²/h |
|---|---|
| Cleaning width | 1,400–1,800 mm |
| Runtime | 3–8 h per charge |
| Climbing grade | Up to 35% |
| Garbage truck rated load | 2,000 kg |
| Inspection | Machinery test report + video |
The challenge
What the operation needs
Night and dawn shifts must not disturb residents.
Pedestrian zones forbid diesel equipment or restrict hours.
Machines must fit narrow streets and arcades.
The configuration
How we build the fleet
Ride-on vacuum sweepers (1,800 mm cleaning width, 180 L hopper) for plazas and kerbs.
48V multi-brush ride-on sweepers for markets and car parks.
Walk-behind scrubbers for underpasses, stations and public buildings.
A 2-tonne electric side-loader garbage truck to collect bins on the same route.

Delivery process
From brief to running fleet
Brief
Tell us the duty: passengers or payload, daily distance, terrain, climate and destination market.
Configure & quote
We recommend models and options and send a quotation with specs, packing plan and lead time.
Sample or video
Approve a sample unit or a live video walk-round of the configuration before mass production.
Production & QC
Your fleet is built, road-tested and inspected; you receive the test report and inspection video.
Ship
CBU, SKD or CKD loading into 40HQ containers with the full export document set.
Assemble & support
Assembly manuals and video guidance, spare-parts kits and remote technical support.
Questions about this project type
How do we size the sweeper fleet?
Divide the area per shift by about 65% of each machine's theoretical output multiplied by shift hours. Our sweeper sizing guide walks through a worked example.
Are spare brushes and filters available?
Yes. We recommend ordering a consumables kit with the first shipment and quote it with the machines.
